Currently I am:  A Partner Operations Release Manager at Epic Games. Specializing in managing end-to-end release operations for game studios on the Epic Games Store. I blend account management, and release management to ensure smooth product launches by coordinating across multiple teams, from Marketing and Business Development to Technical Account Management.

Previously I was: In the startup space helping to grow customer support teams and assisting and triaging customer pain point and providing feedback to the appropriate teams. A few of the startups I worked with were PandaDoc and Airtable.  

Before That: I was the Listing Manager at Vested Business Brokers where I partnered with Brokers, Buyers and Sellers to help facilitate the purchase and sale of small businesses. I was also in charge of managing the product of the business (i.e Listings) and marketing them across various websites, and ingesting them into the backend software to showcase to customers. I was also the direct assistant to the CEO.
